ORDERING
How do I place an order?
All orders are placed through our website — it's the only way we accept orders currently. Browse our collection, add to cart, and check out. For special requests or anything that needs a conversation, reach us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
How far in advance should I order?
We need a minimum of 3 hours for same-day delivery. For customised cakes, we recommend at least 48–72 hours. For large or multi-tier orders, 5–7 days in advance is ideal. We book up quickly around birthdays, festivals, and long weekends — if you have a date in mind, order early.
Is same-day delivery available?
Yes. Place your order at least 3 hours before your required delivery time and we'll get it to you the same day, subject to your pincode being serviceable. Check availability at checkout.
Can I get a customised cake?
Yes. Head to the Custom Cakes section on our website, fill out the form with your requirements — flavour, size, design, theme, message — and our team will get back to you to take it forward. Share reference images if you have them; they really help us understand your vision.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We work with companies on gifting hampers, event cakes, employee celebrations, and custom branded packaging. Get in touch with your brief and we'll put together a proposal.

What makes Chebel different?
Every Chebel cake is made from scratch in our central kitchen in Tavarekere using premium French cream and couverture chocolate — not the standard alternatives most bakeries rely on. Our cakes are built around taste memory: flavours you've loved, reimagined with the finesse of modern pastry. No shortcuts, no mass production. Just intentional, craft-led baking.
Where are your cakes made?
All our cakes are crafted at our central kitchen in Tavarekere, Bangalore. Every order is baked, assembled, and finished there before being dispatched to you or to our café. A centralised kitchen means consistent quality and the same standard across every single order.
What flavours do you offer?
We have something for every palate. Chocolate lovers tend to go for the Belgian Chocolate Truffle — our all-time bestseller — the Dutch Chocolate Mousse, or the Black Forest with Morello cherry and a hint of rum. If you want something lighter, the Victorian Tres Leches, Fresh Fruit Betty, Banoffee Reimagined, and Coconut & Pineapple Entremet are perennial favourites. The Burnt Basque Cheesecake, Tiramisu, and Lotus Biscoff round out our signatures. We also bring in seasonal specials through the year — keep an eye on the website.
Do you make eggless cakes?
Yes, eggless options are available across several flavours including chocolate and fruit cakes. Look for the eggless tag on individual product pages, or reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do your cakes contain allergens?
Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, gluten, eggs, and nuts. If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please let us know at the time of ordering and we'll advise you on what works.
THE CAFE
Do you have a cafe?
Yes — the Chebel Café is in JP Nagar, Bangalore. It's a sit-down space where you can enjoy our cakes, desserts, and a curated food and beverage menu. Drop in for a slice, a coffee, or a full meal — you're welcome any time.
Can I walk in, or do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome. For larger groups or special occasions, reaching out in advance helps us make sure you're well taken care of.
Can I pick up my online order from the café?
Yes, pickup is available at the Chebel Café in JP Nagar. You can give us a call or message requesting pick up and we will make it happen.
DELIVERY
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Bangalore. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability. Delivery charges vary by location.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
Yes, delivery slots are available at checkout. We recommend choosing a slot that gives you a little buffer before your event — time to refrigerate the cake and let it settle before you serve.
What if no one is home at the time of delivery?
Please make sure someone is available to receive the cake. Our cakes are fresh and temperature-sensitive, so leaving them unattended isn't something we can accommodate. If your plans change, contact us in advance and we'll do our best to help.
STORAGE & CARE
How should I store my cake?
Keep it in the refrigerator, in its box, away from strong-smelling foods. Take it out 20–30 minutes before serving — the cream softens at room temperature and the flavours really come alive.
How long does the cake stay fresh?
Best enjoyed within 2 days of delivery. Our cakes are made fresh with no preservatives — the sooner you dig in, the better it tastes.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
How are your cakes priced?
All standard cakes are priced on the website. For customised cakes, pricing depends on size and design complexity — fill out the form in the Custom Cakes section and we'll come back to you with full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking — all available through our website checkout.
My cake arrived damaged. What do I do?
We do thorough quality checks before every dispatch. If something isn't right when it reaches you, contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
