I love the sponge part of the cake. It had good amount and quality of pista milk soaked into. Not a huge fan of the mascarpone cream soaked I felt like that was too much or even in the way of my cake.
I like the glaze but would really like for the colour to be as displayed because that’s the actual beautiful pista green colour.
I really wish you could serve just the pista milk cake (the sponge part) alone with a tiny bit of the cream ‘cause I’m soldddd.
This pistachio cake is one of the best I’ve had, seriously amazing flavor. The only small thing is the pistachios on top didn’t really work for me visually, like I’m not sure what they were going for there. And the color was a bit too bright and vibrant compared to that natural pistachio green, but honestly it’s not a big deal. Overall a definite 5 star.
